Bernard L. Fraga PhD'13 is the recipient of the American Political Science Association's 2019 Best Book Award in Race, Ethnicity, and Political Behavior for The Turnout Gap: Race, Ethnicity, and Political Inequality in a Diversifying America (Cambridge University Press, 2018). Fraga received his PhD in Government and Social Policy from Harvard in 2013 and is now Associate Professor of Political Science at Indiana University.
