Sabrina Pendergrass has been awarded the Best Graduate Student Paper Award from the Poverty, Class, and Inequality Section of the Society for the Study of Social Problems for “Making Moves: Social Stratification and the Socioeconomic and Symbolic Dimensions of Black Reverse Migration to the South.” (2010).
