Ashutosh is a PhD student in the Education Policy and Program Evaluation Concentration at Harvard's Graduate School of Education, where he is a recipient of the Presidential Fellowship. His research is rooted in designing and evaluating policies that help reduce caste and income-based inequalities among youth in India and other developing countries. Before Harvard, he worked at the Freeman Spogli Institute (FSI) at Stanford University where he managed large-scale education assessment programs and field experiments. He has a BE in electrical engineering from India, an MA in Creative Writing from SF State University and an MA in International and Comparative Education from Stanford.
