David J. Deming PhD 2010, a professor of public policy at Harvard Kennedy School and professor of education and economics at Harvard Graduate School of Education, is the 2018 recipient of the David N. Kershaw Award and Prize from the Association for Public Policy and Management (APPAM).
Deming is the 19th winner of the award, which recognizes young professionals under the age of 40 who have made distinguished contributions to the field of public policy. Deming received his PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2010.
