Ashley Craig, PhD 2019 in Economics and a Stone PhD Scholar alumnus, has been awarded the International Institute of Public Finance Young Economist Award for his paper, “Optimal Income Taxation with Spillovers from Employer Learning.” Ash Craig is now an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Michigan.
