Alexandra Roulet PhD 2017 is a recipient of the French Economic Association best book prize for Améliorer les appariements sur le marché du travail, published by Presses de Sciences Po in October 2018. The book seeks "to explain why there are over 3 millions unemployed in France and yet 300 000 unfilled vacancies each year, and what are potential remedies to this mismatch between labor supply and labor demand." Roulet received her PhD in Economics in 2017 and is now an Assistant Professor of Economics at INSEAD.
