Alexandra Roulet's second book, Améliorer les appariements sur le marché du travail, has been published by Presses de Sciences Po (2018). The book analyzes "why there are over 3 millions unemployed in France and yet 300 000 unfilled vacancies each year, and what are potential remedies to this mismatch between labor supply and labor demand."
Winner of the French Economic Association best book prize, 2019.
Winner of the W.E. Upjohn Institute's Dissertation Award for the best PhD dissertation on employment-related issues, 2017.
